On Thursday evening (April 7th) officers of the Hannibal Police Department were dispatched by Marion County 911 to a 911 open line in the 1900 block of 30th St. When officers made contact at the residence, they detected the odor of burning marijuana. After receiving consent to search the house, officers located and seized numerous items of drug paraphernalia, a hand gun and a large amount of what is believed to be marijuana. Danielle L Carlin, 23, of Hannibal was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. John S Gulentz, 23, of Hannibal, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Austin C Winningham, 18, of New London, was arrested on an active State Warrant. Carlin was released pending warrants. Winningham was unable to bond and released to the Marion County Jail. Gulentz was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail.
