David Clayton, Prosecuting Attorney for Marion County, Missouri issued an arrest warrant for LeQuinton T Gibbs in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court.  Gibbs is charged with a Class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute or deliver or sell.  Punishment upon conviction is not less than 5 years nor more than 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.  Bond is set at $100,000 cash and he remains in the Marion County Jail.

Thursday morning at approximately 11:40 a.m. officers with the Hannibal Police Department served a search warrant at 612 Mark Twain Avenue, Best Way Inn.  During the search several items believed to be illegal drugs were located.  The illegal drugs are believed to be heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, and prescription medications.  Large quantities of drug packaging items were located along with a large amount of cash.  LeQuinton T. Gibbs, 35 of Hannibal, was arrested for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and Michael J. Rimi, 25 of Hannibal, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.  Both subjects were taken into custody without incident.  Gibbs was transported to the Marion County Jail and Rimi was released.  Charges are pending.
