Warrants were issued June 3rd by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County charging Ethan Williams and Christopher Minks with Assault 3rd Degree and Unlawful Use of a Weapon for their involvement in the home invasion on Sunday June 1st. Both suspects bond was set at $25,000.000. They remain in the Marion County Jail.

Officers of the Hannibal Police Department responded to a residence Sunday afternoon, for a report of a robbery. Upon their arrival they contacted the female resident who reported two males forced their way into her residence, threatened her with baseball bats, assaulted her and took money from the residence. The suspects, Christopher R Minks (24 of Hannibal) and Ethan A Williams (18 of Hannibal) were located at the scene and taken into custody without incident. Both suspects were placed on 24 hour holds at the Marion County Jail pending prosecutor review. The victim suffered minor injuries that did not require medical attention.
