On Friday, April 11th the Hannibal Police Department and Northeast Missouri Drug Task Force conducted a search warrant in the 1200 block of Broadway in Hannibal. Drug packaging materials and a substance believed to be methamphetamine was located. The following subjects were arrested during the incident:
- Lindsay N. Farmer, 42 of Hannibal- Parole Violation Warrant- No Bond
- Patrick C. Clark, 30 of Hannibal- Unlawful Possession of a Firearm – $15,000 cash only
- Richard M. Freeman, 41 of Hannibal- Probation Violation Warrant- $25,000 cash only
Additional charges are pending on other subjects who were taken into custody that evening. Officers encourage the public to report suspicious activities as we work together to make our communities safer.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation, and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
