On Tuesday, October 29th, the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County charged Andrew J.L. Lewis, 29 of Hannibal, with Unlawful Use of a Weapon. The charges stem from an incident that began on Monday, October 28th, at approximately 10:25 a.m. in the 1100 block of Colfax Ave. An argument ensued between Lewis and another male. Lewis fired several rounds from a handgun at a nearby vehicle that was unoccupied. Lewis fled the area. He was located a short time later taken into custody without incident. A handgun was also recovered at the time of his arrest. Lewis’ bond is set at $25,000.00 cash or surety. He remains in the Marion County Jail.
