On Wednesday September 19, 2018 at approximately 1609 hours officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) attempted to serve a felony probation violation warrant on Gregory Flowers (26 of Hannibal) at 8B Starlight Ridge.
