On Thursday August 16, 2018 the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) executed a search warrant in the 900 block of Baker Street. During the search methamphetamine was located. Gregory W Miller, 26 of Hannibal, was taken into custody. He was taken to Marion County Jail and placed on a twenty-four hour hold. On Friday, August 17, 2018 a warrant was issued for Miller charging him with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Class C Felony. Miller’s bond was set at $100,000.00 cash. Miller was also cited by a Community Service Officer for failing to vaccinate and have a dog license for his dog. Miller remains in the Marion County Jail.
