Hannibal Residents Arrested on Drug Weapons Charges

Warrants were issued October 18^th, by the 10^th Judicial Circuit Court on 5 suspects arrested in the October 18^th narcotics search warrant on Homestead. The suspects and charges are listed below:

• John Breault – Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of a Firearm, Bond set at $50,000.00 cash only.

• Angela Fogle – Delivery of A Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of a Firearm, Bond set at $50,000.00 cash only.

• Staci Yohn – Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Bond set at $50,000.00 cash only.

• Christopher Brodhacker – Possession of a Controlled Substance, Bond set at $25,000.00 cash or surety.

• Joseph Yancer – Possession of a Controlled Substance, Bond set at $25,000.00 cash or surety.

 

***ORIGINAL RELEASE***

On Wednesday, October 18, 2017, Hannibal Police Officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES), executed two narcotic search warrants at a duplex on Homestead.  During the course of the search a large quantity of what is believed to be methamphetamine was located.  Three firearms, prescription medications, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana were also located.

The following subjects were arrested as a result of the investigation:

• Walter McFall (31) of Hannibal, 2 counts of distribution of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver, and possession drug paraphernalia.

• John Breault  (32) of Hannibal, parole warrant, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a defaced firearm, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Christopher N Brodhacker (53) of Hannibal, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joseph Yanczer (28) of Hannibal, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joseph Lehenbauer (30) of Hannibal, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Staci Yohn (48) of Hannibal, possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Angela Fogle (29) of Hannibal, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a defaced firearm, possession with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All subjects were transported to the Marion County Jail and placed on twenty four hour holds pending review by the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney.
