An investigation by Hannibal Police Department Detectives, of possible child pornography, has resulted in a warrant being issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court on February 23, 2017. The warrant charges William L Coleman (40 of Hannibal, formerly of Fort Leonard Wood, MO) with Possession of Child Pornography, a Class C Felony. Coleman was arrested February 22nd and remains in the Marion County Jail on a $25,000.00 cash only bond.
