HPD Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad Attacks Methamphetamine

 

The Hannibal Police Departments Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) executed (2) separate search warrants Wednesday April 6th  for methamphetamine. The first search warrant was served at The Econo Lodge located at 3604 McMasters Ave. Officers searched a room of the hotel and located what is believed to be methamphetamine and prescription pills. Tiffany D Durham, 36 of Bowling Green and Bobby D Ratliff, 56 of Hannibal, were arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both Ratliff and Durham were released pending warrants. The second search warrant was served at a residence in the 900 block of Georgia St. Items used in the production of methamphetamine were located in the basement of the home. Damon J Noel, 40 of Hannibal, was arrested and placed on a 24 hour hold for manufacturing methamphetamine. Another resident, Shelley A. Dufour, 43 of Hannibal, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Dufour was released pending warrants. On Thursday, April 7th, a warrant was issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court, charging Damon Noel with the Class B felony of Manufacturing a Contolled Substance. His bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only. Noel remains in the Marion County Jail.
