On Tuesday morning, Officer of the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics unit served an arrest warrant on 19 year old Bransen M Miller of New London, Mo for Distribution of Marijuana. The arrest warrant is the result of a continuing investigation of the distribution of illegal narcotics within the city of Hannibal. Miller is being held at the Pike County Jail with the bond set at $100,000.00 cash only.
