On Wednesday January 8th, 2014 Detectives if the Hannibal Police Department arrested 41 year old Jessica M. Lowe, of Hannibal, in connection with the January 2nd, burglary of the Salvation Army Store, located in the 300 block of Broadway. Lowes was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail. On Thursday January 09, a warrant was issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County, charging Lowe with the Class C Felony of Burglary 2nd degree. Lowe remains in the Marion County Jail with bond set at $25,000.00.
